Unlike many terminal facilities, we maintain extensive maintenance capabilities, ensuring that equipment malfunctions are repaired as quickly as possible-from containers to cranes.  Our personnel are highly skilled and, like everyone else at NYCT, bring a "can do" approach to every task.  And because we're continually investing in specialized off-site training to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team, our in-house maintenance capability will remain a NYCT point of distinction.

MAINTENANCE SPECIFICATIONS:

• 26 maintenance bays for repairing all line equipment, including reefer units.
• 75 highly qualified in-house mechanics, backed by an extensive commitment to continuing education.
• 24/7 reefer monitoring of all 477 reefer plugs protects the condition of temperature-sensitive cargo.
• A fully stocked chassis pool ensures that customers are never left without a chassis in the event of an emergency.
• A full fleet of mobile repair trucks enables repairs to begin promptly.
• Roadability repair station.
